Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where any provision in these terms conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will take precedence.

1. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policies

Adult Classes

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class start time are non-refundable and non-transferable; the class credit will be forfeited.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend a booked class without prior notice, your class credit will be lost.

  • Cancellations Notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to class start time will be granted a class credit to reschedule for a future available date.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits paid for any Aerial Beats class, workshop, intensive or special event are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future dates.

  • Discretionary Circumstances: Refunds or reschedules for unforeseen emergencies outside the standard policy (such as bereavement or documented medical emergency) remain strictly at the discretion of Aerial Beats management.

  • Minimum Class Capacity: As a small business, group classes require a minimum of two (2) participants to run. If you are the sole attendee booked, the class will not run. You will be notified via email or text at least 2 hours prior to class time and your class credit will be returned to your account for future use (or a refund can be processed on request).

Aerial Beats Youth (ABY) & Block Bookings

  • Missed Classes: Block bookings and term fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Aerial Beats does not offer class credits or refunds for sessions missed due to personal illness, injury, holidays or other personal circumstances.

  • Fixed Term Booking: ABY block bookings are paid in full regardless of personal availability. Individual missed sessions cannot be discounted, pro-rated or credited.

  • Cancellations by Aerial Beats: If a class or block booking is cancelled by Aerial Beats, participants will be offered a full refund or class credit.

Aerial Beats Youth (ABY) Subscription Package

  • Subscription Term: By subscribing, you agree to 11 consecutive monthly payments running from August 2026 to June 2027.

  • Cancellation Windows: Subscriptions can only be cancelled between school terms during two specific notification windows:

    1. December 2026 (effective for January 2027 billing)

    2. March 2027 (effective for April 2027 billing)

  • Admin Fee & Credits: All cancellations are subject to a £20 admin fee. Future monthly recurring payments will cease upon cancellation. If there is remaining unused prepaid credit on your account (minus the £20 admin fee), this will be refunded following cancellation.

2. Studio Safety, Health & Conduct

  • Health & Liability Form: All participants (or parents/guardians for under-18s) must complete a digital Health and Liability Waiver Form prior to attending their first class.

  • Inherent Physical Risk: Aerial circus arts involve physical exertion and working at height, carrying inherent risk of minor or serious injury. Participants must follow all instructor commands, safety guidelines and progressions at all times.

  • Late Arrival Policy: For safety and injury prevention, all participants must complete the instructor-led warm-up. If you arrive late and miss the warm-up, you will not be permitted to participate and your class credit will be forfeited.

  • Instructor Coaching & Spotting: By participating in class, you consent to Aerial Beats coaches supporting you, using physical spotting and hands-on support where necessary for safety.

  • Coaches & First Aid: All Aerial Beats coaches are experienced professionals, hold appropriate public liability insurance, possess up-to-date DBS checks. A certified First Aider is present on the premises at all times. Details can be provided on request.

3. Media, Photography & Social Media

  • Filming Coaches: Videos of coaches must not be recorded or shared on any social media platform without their express verbal consent.

  • Student Filming Rules: We encourage you to record your own progress! Videos must contain only you. If other participants appear in the background, they must be out of focus or you must obtain their express permission before sharing. When posting progress videos, tag @aerial.beats and use #aerialbeatsclasses.

  • Promotional Use of Images: Consent for Aerial Beats to take and use your image (or your child's image) for promotional and social media purposes is requested on the Health & Liability Form.

    • If you do not tick this box, your image will not be used.

    • If you wish to update or change your preference at any time, please email us at info@aerialbeats.co.uk.

    • You will always be verbally asked before any photograph is taken in class.

4. AB Shop & Merchandise

Because all Aerial Beats merchandise is made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind or incorrect size selection once an order has been placed.

Please double-check sizing charts and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly printed, please notify us within 30 days of delivery at info@aerialbeats.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or full refund for defective items.
