Perfect for aerialists looking to soften their lines, improve body awareness, and create graceful, flexible hoop sequences at a accessible pace.

Designed for aerialists with solid foundational skills, this session focuses on complex wraps, multi-step drops, dynamic slack work, and intricate pathways. You’ll refine your technique, build the grip endurance and core power needed for longer sequences, and learn to execute high-level skills with precision and artistic control.
Prerequisites: Comfortable with clean inversions in the air, basic drops, and sustained stamina on straight silks.

Build targeted strength, mobility, and endurance from the ground up in our Aerial Conditioning class. Suitable for all levels, this session uses a mix of apparatus-based drills and floor work to target key aerial muscles—focusing heavily on grip strength, core stability, shoulder engagement, and active flexibility. Beginners will gain the foundational power needed to climb and invert with ease, while intermediate and advanced aerialists will build the stamina and control required for longer sequences and complex moves. Train smarter, prevent injury, and support your progress across every aerial discipline.
