FAQs

What should my child wear for class?

  • Please ensure that they wear long leggings or tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt that can be tucked in or that doesn’t ride up.

  • NO CROP TOPS ARE ALLOWED. This is to protect your child’s skin from the aerial equipment.

  • A leotard is perfect with the leggings or tracksuit bottoms over the top but this is not essential.

What should they bring with them?

  • Definitely a water bottle as it is very hard work

  • Sometimes it is good to have a long sleeved top handy incase of any aerial silk burns

  • Please leave all jewellery (including smart watches) at home!

  • If you have long hair make sure you bring a bobble!

Class information…

  • The class will use different aerial equipment to gain a large repetorie of skills

  • The children are encouraged to share the equipment. This means they get scheduled breaks to allow them to keep going for the whole class. It also helps them to watch others to learn quicker.

  • Parents and guardians are not required to stay throughout the class.
